What size of cable ties should I choose?
Choose the length by bundle diameter: 100×2.5 mm for bundles up to Ø 20 mm, 200×3.6 mm up to Ø 52 mm, 370×7.6 mm up to Ø 102 mm. Width determines strength: 2.5 mm holds up to 8 kg, 3.6 mm up to 18 kg, 4.5–4.8 mm up to 22 kg and 7.6 mm up to 45 kg. Kraften offers 8 sizes from 100 to 370 mm.
How much weight can cable ties hold?

Yes. Black Kraften cable ties contain UV stabilisers and keep their properties from −40 °C to +85 °C. They are suitable for solar installations, outdoor lighting, fences and agricultural machinery in permanent outdoor use.
What material are Kraften cable ties made of?
They are made of virgin polyamide PA66 (not recycled material) with UV stabilisers. PA66 provides high tensile strength, ageing resistance and UL94V-2 flammability class (self-extinguishing).
Can a cable tie be released and reused?
Standard cable ties are designed for single use — the ratchet locks permanently. The pawl can be carefully lifted with a small screwdriver, but for professional applications we always recommend using a new tie.
